ESOK’s first blue-carbon programme: 8,400 hectares of mangrove and wetland restoration across community and county land in the Tana Delta, developed with fourteen community conservancies and designed to VCS + CCB standards with a 45% community revenue share.

Mau Forest Complex Restoration
NAROK & NAKURU · WATER TOWER · STAGE 03 OF 05 — AGGREGATION
Working with the water-tower agencies and county governments, 32,000 hectares of degraded forest are being assembled into a single programme of record under a blended public-private structure — restoration finance on the public side, verified carbon offtake on the other.

Western Kenya Agroforestry Corridor

Sixty thousand smallholder households across three counties, organised through farmer cooperatives into one programme of record — farmer-managed natural regeneration and fruit-tree agroforestry, aggregated to a scale that finance can transact.
